Working With Graze

What is Graze by Lynne-Lee?

Graze by Lynne-Lee offers elevated charcuterie design services for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. Our work centers around thoughtfully designed grazing tables that encourage connection, movement, and a shared guest experience - rather than traditional plated or buffet-style service.

Is charcuterie meant to replace a full meal?

Grazing tables are most commonly served as an elevated appetizer or cocktail-hour experience. While our tables can be substantial, they are intentionally designed to complement the flow of an event rather than replace a formal meal - unless discussed and planned specifically for that purpose.

How is a grazing table different from traditional catering?

Grazing tables are designed to be experienced, not served. Guests naturally move through the space, engage with one another, and enjoy curated bites throughout the event. This approach creates a more relaxed, social atmosphere and works especially well for cocktail hours, receptions, and networking-focused gatherings.

What types of events is Graze best suited for?

Graze works beautifully for weddings, corporate events, brand activations, open houses, milestone celebrations, and private gatherings where atmosphere and guest experience matter. Our designs scale seamlessly for both intimate and large-format events.

Design, Styling & Ingredients

How would you describe Graze's design style?

Our style is refined, intentional, and experience-driven. We focus on balance, visual flow, and thoughtful ingredient placement - creating tables that feel abundant without being overwhelming.

What types of ingredients are included?

Our tables feature a curated mix of artisan cheeses, premium cured meats, seasonal fruits, nuts, spreads, breads, and elevated accompaniments. Ingredient selections may vary based on seasonality, availability, and the scale of the event.

Do you customize the look of each grazing table?

Yes. While our collections provide structure and clarity, each grazing table is tailored to the event space, guest count, and overall vision. Design decisions are guided by cohesion, scale, and how guests will interact with the table.

Can you accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions?

We can accommodate common dietary considerations such as vegetarian selections or nut awareness when discussed during the planning process. Because grazing tables are shared experiences, we design thoughtfully to ensure inclusivity while maintaining the integrity of the overall presentation.

Guest Count, Scale & Logistics

How do your grazing tables work with guest count?

Our collections are designed around approximate guest ranges rather than per-person pricing. This allows us to design tables that feel abundant and balanced for the size of your event without rigid limitations.

Do you provide plates, napkins, and serving utensils?

Yes. Our grazing table experiences include appropriate serving elements to ensure a seamless guest experience. Specific inclusions vary by collection and are clearly outlined during the booking process.

What does "feeds up to" mean?

“Feeds up to” reflects an estimated guest range based on the intended use of the table - most often as an appetizer or cocktail-hour offering. It helps ensure the scale of the table aligns with guest flow and event timing.

Do you deliver and set up the grazing table on site?

Yes. Graze includes professional delivery and on-site setup to ensure the table is installed thoughtfully and ready for guests at the appropriate time.

Pricing, Booking & Payment

Is pricing all-inclusive?

Yes. Graze charcuterie collections are all-inclusive and cover everything listed within the selected package, including design, setup, travel, and gratuity. Applicable sales tax is not included when required.

How is the remaining balance structured?

The remaining balance is divided into three equal 25% payments, due 60 days, 30 days, and 14 days prior to the event date. This structure is designed to make the investment more manageable for clients.

Is a retainer required to book?

Yes. A 25% retainer is required to reserve your date and officially secure charcuterie services.

Are there additional fees beyond the listed price?

No. There are no hidden fees. Any additional services outside the selected collection would be discussed and approved in advance.

Next Steps

How do I know which charcuterie collection is right for me?

The best way to determine the right fit is through a discovery call. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your event vision, charcuterie preferences, and the level of service you’re seeking.

How far in advance should I book charcuterie services?

Most Graze clients secure their date 6–12 months in advance. Availability varies by season, and higher-level collections often book earlier due to limited capacity.

What happens during a discovery call?

Discovery calls are consultation-focused, not sales-driven. We use this time to listen, answer questions, and recommend the planning approach that best supports your event.

What is the next step if I'm ready to move forward?

Once we’ve confirmed availability and selected the appropriate charcuterie collection, a proposal and contract will be provided to officially secure your date.
